Help us get into our new home

Life can change in an instant. Sometimes we have to swallow our pride to provide what our children need. My husband and I separated after a violent confrontation with my 14 year old and myself. When he left he said to me... "you have no job, no car, and no home!" Since his mother owns all the property we were existing on. I had my new job within two hours. I got the car back in four days. We just need a home now. As many of you know it's very difficult to find rentals on the island, especially this time of year. I found the perfect place for us to spend the next five years, until the kids graduate from highschool. It's centrally located. They can walk/ride bikes to school, Central Park, Skate Park, rec center, and the Beach. I have budgeted, and can afford rent from July on. I just need help with the deposit and June. The deposit is $1,500. The rent is $1,200. It's available around June 15th. However, we need the $1,500.00 deposit by May 31, 2017.
