A cause I care about needs help

I'm raising money in aid of NHS Charities Together /Association of NHS Charities and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means a lot. As most of you know My name is  Jayden. Due to my difficulties i can’t walk on my own and when i do it’s with a walker. As a thank you to nhs after all the help i have had over 8 years i would like to raise some money with the current situation. For Me this is a massive amount for me to complete but in a month i will aim to walk 1.5 mile which will mean i will be walking 86 metres a day between mummy’s and  daddy’s house. We aim to raise £500 towards nhs please donate this is such an achievement for me .I will be uploading pictures and videos regularly so u can see my achievement I will be starting this challenge from Monday 4th may ❤️❤️❤️
