After an extremely difficult and painful year around the world, Honduras and other countries in Central America have just been hit by Hurricane Eta.  The vast majority of the Honduran population lives in extreme poverty. Thousands of families have completely lost their homes and are now displaced with nowhere to go.  We are trying to raise as much as possible on behalf of the Ruth Paz Foundation, we will oversee the distribution of funds to make sure they  go to those most in need. We will also be posting receipts and proof of all donations once we have them! For more information please do not hesitate to contact us! The Ruth Paz Foundation is a a non-profit organization in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, devoted to providing medical services to low-income patients. Our Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life of children and adults through the delivery of high quality healthcare services, surpassing the care available within the public health system.  We are a registered NGO with the Secretary of State of Louisiana, in 1999 we were granted a 501(c) 3 status. This means we can accept both national and international donations and distribute all the funds ourselves. This storm has been so tragic especially at a time when families have been struggling to recover from the Covid-19 impact which continues to infect so many.
