Dominica hurricane relief fund

Donation protected
Dominicas devastation from hurricane Maria has hit home for our family. Our family has lived and spent time in the Calibishie area of Dominica for the last 20 years; we have a home there and we were married there several years ago. The islanders of Dominica are our friends and family and they have lost everything. We are planning on bringing supplies and support to Dominica and any help will be appreciated. Although there are many aid relief organizations for the recent hurricanes, many of those funds will never make it to Dominica. The smaller, remote villages are where most of the poorest islanders live and will need the most help. We are giving 100% of the funds raised directly to food, water, supplies, materials, and aide to Dominicans and we are personally overseeing all projects and distribution from helping rebuild homes to buying groceries.

We have decided to share photos, not of the destruction, but of the beautiful faces and the place that Dominica was and what we want to help restore the country back to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as every cent counts in this effort to restore this beautiful island.

We,Edward and Brady DeForeest, will be managing all funds. We will make sure that everything donated goes to rebuilding Dominica and helping feed those on the island who have lost everything.
