Necessary Dental and Medical Work

Hello, my name is Audri. I have multiple  health issues which have prevented me from working for several years.  They include bi-polar/schitzo affective disorder and severe anxiety disorder which cause seizures. Due to these seizures I have fallen many times and hit my head on the hard tile floors of my home. Consequently my short term memory is now compromised. Because I have titanium rods connected to my spine due to severe scoliosis, those seizures cause much pain throughout my entire body. Recently I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and lupus.  I am also in need of dental work, including a couple of root canals, crowns and fillings.  

Your donation will enable me to pay for the many different specialists I need, plus my dental work, and my medications.

My dad was recently forced to retire due to health and my mom hasn't been able to work because of her physical limitations. They can no longer help me financially, and I find myself desperate for aid. Although I've applied for diasability, it will be some time before I know if I am accepted or not.
