Wilson Family

Matt had a seizure Friday night (November 24) at home and was rushed by ambulance to the ER. He had a second one not long after arriving and they put him on seizure medication. After a catscan it was confirmed that there was about a baseball size mass on his brain and that he would need to be transferred to Wilkes-Barre to see a specialist. He received and MRI on Saturday and on Sunday the Dr read the results. He has a tumor on his brain - in the front part of his forehead behind his eye. They won't know for sure what kind of tumor it is exactly until they get in there and check it out. He will need to remain on medication for the seizures until further notice. He will be going to Hershey for the  surgery. Unfortunately he is the only source of income at the time and he will be out of work for several weeks. Hannah was supposed to start a new job at the daycare center but will now need to stay home to care for Matt because he won't be able to be alone. They have a wonderful son, daughter, and baby (due in February) to care for. It's going to be a very long difficult road but they know God is in control. Deuteronomy 31:8 says " The Lord is the One who will go before you. He will be with you; He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not be afraid or discouraged." They greatly appreciate everything everyone is doing to help, even if it's just kind words and prayers!
