Surgery medical expenses

Hello my name is Vanessa Rodriguez I am Miguel's oldest sister. My brother came from out of town to visit my family in visalia and decided to go shopping with my mother, little sister and her children. While shopping my brother wanted to go look at other things from other stores while walking he was shoot by people who we have no clue would do this to him. He does not know anyone from Tulare. He is a loving young man one of the youngest of 9. My brother has a loving heart such a respectful young man never talks back. He is not gang affiliated no tattoos to target him. He was wearing a white shirt basketball shorts and sandals. Witnesses stated he did not provoke anything. A shopper seen and immediately helped my brother we are blessed for the man who assisted. We are in shock and now confused why anyone  would do this to him especially not knowing who he was. It puts fear and anxiety to not feel comfortable to just go shopping because of this incident. We just ask for help for expenses for anything needed, the drives to Mcfarland and back to valley childrens hospital. Hotel during the covid not being able to stay in the hospital. Anything is beyond appreciated and all the prayers we ask of those the most during this time of need for a fast recovery. They removed 50% of his stomach and did reconstruction of his liver, pancreas, and intestants. He is critical condition and he may end up having to stay for a couple of month per Dr`s.
