Medical Brigade to Nicaragua

I have been volunteering since high school. From my experiences I have learned that there are many people in complicated situations. I never had money to give but I had my time and attention. I first volunteered in schools teaching the students then I moved on to raising money for juvenile diabetes. Theres so many organizations and people that need our help. I've always volunteered in my community and underserved areas that I wanted to broaden my horizon. I am currently volunteering at two hospitals. I love meeting all the different patients. I am now trying to volunteer globally to expand my horizons. I will be going to Nicaragua to help the people living there get as much medical assistance that I can. The trip is $1785 and being a student I do not have that money. These people do not have any medical resources or sanitation systems. If there is any chance that you can help me get to Nicaragua it would be greatly appreciated.
