IMMEDIATE HELP! Service Dog

This is EXTREMELY difficult for me to voice. As some of you know, I have struggled with severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks for 17 years.
The past 2 years have been 2 of the most difficult years for me. The easiest day today tasks, have seemed, some what impossible. Getting out of bed, doing laundry, running to the store, doing dishes, eating, going out with friends....and this is just SOME of the day to day chores.
My mental illness has prevented me from true happiness. There is no way to describe the feelings of what depression can do to someone. Mentally you are trapped in a body you know is not yours.

God has pushed me to finally make a leap. I need extra help. I need extra comfort. I need extra support, fast.
Any contribution you can make would be a blessing for me. A blessing at a chance to live a better life.
