Disabled mom needs help with bills.

After a rough year with many financial struggles, it has caught up to me and my daughter. My bank account started off in the hole from numerous bounce fees and took most of the money I get from disability.  I can't pay any bills. Things like water pipes busting and having to use electric heaters to stay warm make it hard to pay bills. I don't usually ask for help if I can find my own solution but that isn't working anymore. Too many roadblocks have brought us to this point and I don't receive any child support for my daughter. Praying that this will help.  My rent is due by the 14th so the lady I rent from can pay the note on the 15th. Any help will be appreciated.
