Surgery for Dallas

Last night, on 7/18 at 10:30pm - my mother's dog was hit by a car on 22nd street in Costa Mesa.  The driver did not stop and now Dallas is fighting for her life with a spinal fracture and possible paralyzation.  My mom's only option is a 15,000 surgery to repair her spinal chord.  Our pets are our babies, so we are reaching out to get any help and generosity we can.  Thank you so much!
