
World Mental Health Day
On the 10th of October, World Mental Health Day is celebrated and this year, the theme is “It’s Time to Prioritise Mental Health in the Workplace”.
As part of our psychology project, we (Kano and Kristy) are challenging themselves to run a half-marathon (21km) together on the treadmill. Alongside this, we aim to raise £500 for Sport in Mind, a charity that transforms the lives and mental health of children and adults through sport and physical activity. We believe that physical exercise greatly contributes to both our physical and mental wellbeing and we want to encourage more people to see the benefits that come with physical activity.
