•  Self-awareness, self-worth •  Accountability and responsibility •  Relationship with family members, peers, and community •  Communication skills •  Leadership skills •  Emotional Intelligence •  Health and self-care •  Education and grades •  Gifts and talents •  Community and world consciousness •  Consequences of actions &amp; conflict resolution •  Team concept (win-win) •  Integrity &amp; keeping your word and more. This effective training is a 2-day workshop with 1 month of personal coaching. Graduating teens (and their parents) create a model of service by paying it forward for others and be the example of change in their families, schools and communities. <iframe media_type="0" media_id="Mi8-Vz8eAXE" class="youtube-replace" title="YouTube video player" style="margin-bottom:20px;width:560px;height:315px;" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/Mi8-Vz8eAXE/?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="1"></iframe> With your love and commitment we will make an impacting and long-lasting difference in the lives of our young people in local cites across our nation. Donors like YOU are the source that funds immediate transformation in our teens!  Our goal is to generate funds to send 148 at-risk youth to this life-changing experiential leadership training.  For every $250 we generate we get 1 teen in the training to change their life. If your employer will match your donation, please let us know so we can coordinate.
