Hello,
I have been accepted by the Flow Research Collective
to train in their Flow Trainer Accelerator program. The Flow Research Collective is a peak performance research and training institute. On the research side, they have partnered with universities like Stanford, UCLA, USC and institutions like Deloitte, F1, RedBull athletes, Navy Seals, and Google attempting to understand what happens in the brain and body when human beings are performing at their best. On the training side, they build training programs that help  improve  performance by accessing flow states more consistently, leading to increased creativity, decision-making and information processing.

The program is 16 weeks long and has a hearty price tag of $9,900.   Needless to say, with a family of five, this is beyond my budget.

PGA Professional Colin Morikawa's mental coach, Rick Sessinghaus has gone through this program.  If you follow Colin's golf career, you will see just how much being in the flow has helped his entire game.  During my journey in this course, I will be working under Dr. Chris Bertram and other experts trained in the field.   My training in this process will give me the tools to help you play better competitive golf or just enjoy your day on the links.  

Most anyone who has worked with me on the lesson tee has likely found themselves doing some out of the box training; from focusing on your lips, to humming and much more.   After experiencing a flow state during a golf tournament early in my teaching career, my interest was piqued.  That experience was life changing for me and I have been looking into how I can achieve that flow again and teach it to others.  The Flow Trainer Accelerator program meets this need.

I hope that you have been fortunate enough to have been in a wonderful flow and calm during a round of golf.  I imagine you would like to learn how to get there again.  I would love to introduce you to it after my training is complete! And of course, I know I can count on you all to be my "test students" while I go through this exciting program.
