"Step"ping up for a dream come true

I am a mother of boys, lots of testosterone around here and sport-related goals are something I can relate to... but it took going to Nationals of the Irish Step Dancing competition where my niece was competing to be able to see a dream from a young woman's perspective.  Ciara is a beautiful, talented dancer, but more than that she is a determined athlete whose intention, work ethic, and dedication to her sport has now landed her an opportunity to compete in WORLD'S!!  

The World Championship is held in Scotland this March!  

Now my mom, Ciara's Grandma Joan, and myself are over the moon with pride for this fairytale dream come true, ...and give so much recognition to my sister and brother in law for all they have done to support Ciara in this pursuit... we all know the costs, travel time, weekends away, etc. that come with a sport!!  

So, my momma and I are starting this campaign to help Ciara and her family have a simply amazing adventure and allow us, her family and friends, to play a small role in this effort.  Donations will help offset costs of the flights, hotel, fees, and all of those extras we know pop up!
