"SLEEP WARM TONIGHT" Sleeping Bag Event

During last month's "long john" event, we were fortunate to pass out 300 thermals to our "without homes" family.  With hypothermia season approaching - and already recorded deaths - we see an even greater need. With faith and hard work, we are organizing the "SLEEP WARM TONIGHT" sleeping bag event to pass out 1,000 cold-weather sleeping bags to those experiencing homelessness in our nation's capital.  INTERESTED TO GET INVOLVED?!?: Let us tell you how.... 1. DONATE A SLEEPING BAG (or 2!): New or gently loved cold-weather sleeping bags are being accepted at Ebenezer's Coffee Shop (Living Room Ministry) - located at 201 F St NE - every Wednesday from 6pm-7pm.     2. MAKE A $ DONATION: We are relying on the generosity of friends, family, neighbors, and concerns citizens to meet our fundraising goal. Any $ amount of donation is greatly appreciated - no amount is too small! 3. VOLUNTEER: Come have a good time! We would love to have you join us in blessing our homeless family with a sleeping bag.
