<div>Quinn arrived at Harbor Shelter extremely neglected. Her one ear was badly infected and folded over, and she was suffering from a skin condition. It was obvious she had not been well cared for and was in a lot of pain. Luckily, the Dymek family, who have fostered 4 Harbor dogs before, decided to foster her.

<div>She was a bundle of nerves when she arrived at their home, but Quinn has blossomed into a wonderful dog. She LOVES to play and is great with their kids and 2 dogs. She enjoys going for walks and fetching is her favorite activity. She is truly special!

<div>Quinn’s foster family took her to the vet and paid to have her ear infection treated. They followed the vet’s instructions, but after months of treatment the ear infection never cleared up. Due to the severity of her infection, Quinn was referred to a specialist. The shelter volunteers paid for Quinn’s appointment with the specialist who recommended an ear ablation. They even got a second opinion, and that specialist also recommended an ear ablation. We know this is a very expensive surgery, but we will not give up on Quinn. She NEEDS this surgery which will cost $8,500. Since our shelter does not do surgeries, it is up to US to help her, and we need your help! If everyone contributes a little we can raise the money. No amount is too small. It all adds up. So please share Quinn so she can get scheduled for surgery and be pain free soon.
