<div>Under the motto "PrEPen for crisis. Prophylaktisch antifaschistisch", the sixth Queer Pride demonstration will take place in Dresden this year. On Saturday, June 20, 2026, we want to show ourselves in public and take a loud stand against queerphobia and right-wing ideologies!

<div>We refuse to let these crises harden our hearts or divide us. Being prepared for what’s already here and what’s yet to come means building bonds that will hold up even in tough times. Only by supporting one another, standing by one another, and sticking it out together can we organize resistance.

<div>The best defense against the rise of fascism and the shift toward authoritarianism in our society is strong communities that take responsibility for one another, resolve conflicts, and share knowledge. So let’s work together to build networks of care and compassion that will support us when the state fails to do so.

<div>As a self-organized network of queer people, we stand for emancipatory and antifascist fundamental values ​​and the intersectional connection of various struggles against structures of oppression. In addition to the demonstration, Queer Pride facilitates year-round exchange and empowerment in and around Dresden, networking in Saxony and beyond, and media awareness work on current queer political issues. All of this is free of charge and is a no-budget project. We rely on donations and support to cover our expenses for advertising, technology, fees for workshop providers and artists, translations, and much more.

Vorbereitet zu sein auf das, was schon da ist und das, was noch kommt, bedeutet Bande aufzubauen, die auch durch beschissene Zeiten halten. Nur indem wir einander stärken, einander halten und aushalten, können wir Widerstand organisieren.

<div>Die beste Immunisierung gegen die Faschisierung und autoritäre Wende unserer Gesellschaft sind starke Communities, die füreinander Verantwortung übernehmen, die Konflikte bewältigen und Wissen teilen. Neben dem Demonstrationszug, ermöglicht die Queer Pride ganzjährigen Austausch und Empowerment in und um Dresden, Vernetzung in Sachsen und darüber hinaus, sowie mediale Aufklärungsarbeit zu aktuellen queerpolitischen Themen. Das alles passiert unentgeltlich und ist ein No-Budget-Projekt. Um unsere Ausgaben für Werbung, Technik, Honorare für Workshop-Anbietende und Kunstschaffende, Übersetzungen u.v.m. stemmen zu können, sind wir auf Spenden und Unterstützung angewiesen.
