Due to continued illness, and not being able to work, I am falling behind on my bills,.
Being self employed I can not take advantage of services available. I have had limited resources since June of this year. 
I have been to specialists and getting no results,  I am being patient about it,  but in the meantime my bills are accumulating, 
And I have to get repairs on my car!
I am not  accustomed to  asking for help, and feel very awkward doing this! I am usually the one helping others!
So if you can find it in your heart to help out, it would be deeply appreciated!
