John’s Cancer fight

My son John has been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the parotid gland with metastasis to the bone. He has had a very long journey starting when we found out about the tumor this past May. He has had surgery to remove his parotid gland, his temporal bone, his inner and outer ear drum leaving him deaf in that ear. He has had several lymph nodes removed as well as his right fifth rib where the tumor metastasized to. To replace the bone they removed from his temporal bone they used his left thigh muscle to reconstruct the face. He has total right sided facial paralysis that can not be restored. He is now undergoing chemo and radiation. We are a prideful family and thought we could manage the bills on our own. The bills coming in are astronomical and overwhelming. He still has a long fight ahead and it would be so helpful to put his mind at ease to know that there is a way to help with the cost of his treatment. The cancer he has is extremely rare and has very little research on how it can best be treated. He is already in an advanced stage IV of this disease. We appreciate any help that can be given. This is a very humbling request and we never thought this would be us. We never thought our 20 year old son would have cancer. My son has been extremely optimistic and I believe that his state of mind has greatly helped him in his journey. Thank you in advance for helping with my child’s fight. You are so appreciated❤️
