vet expenses for Cheyenne

As I told everyone yesterday, the pain meds were working for her, she was herself again! Last night I mixed the meds in with half a can of wet dog food, she ate just fine, and I went to bed. This morning I wake up to find that she had thrown it all up. Today she is still able to walk and I took her out. I brought her back inside and tried to feed her, she won't eat or drink. I called the vet, they will have to do blood work and that is going to cost $245.  Then whatever it is going to cost to treat her, or if it comes to it, to do the right thing for her, which I am praying it doesn't come to that. I cannot afford any of this, I am on a low budget. I am asking for help. This dog is my life.
