Australian Bushfires

Australia is home! As you may be aware, Australia is currently undergoing a severe bushfire crisis where thousands of people have seen their houses perish, some have even lost loved ones. Major evacuations are happening to get people out before it’s too late. However, some have not been able to escape and sadly lost their lives. As a proud Australian, it hurts to see this take place and I want everyone to know that as Australians we have your backs. To the firefighters, your sacrifice is second to none and your efforts are appreciated more than ever. Those who have been affected currently have nothing but a few belongings, no water, no supplies, and no home. As Australians and as people I urge you to welcome them into your homes, provide them with food & supplies, but most importantly comfort them during this unimaginable crisis. This being said, my close friends and family have decided to start a go fund me account to help those in need. In doing so, during ACC play I will donate $5 for every 3 pointer that I hit, these including the 2 conference games already played. Australia is home to me and my family and we would really appreciate if you would consider donating to help those in need. All of the donations will be sent to New South Wales Rural Fire Service
