The man, the myth, the legend.

Since 2016 our dad fought a long, hard battle with lung cancer. A hardworking, courageous, strong willed Man, Marine, Dad and caring man. His love for family, friends, fishing and fixing things is very clear. He worked for the Town of Tolland for 20 years and absolutely loved his job and work family. He was always giving to others and thinking of ways to provide for everyone. If you know our dad, you know the joy, love and generosity he exudes. He loved all animals, and would give the shirt off his back to a stranger in need. Through our younger years, we knew that our dad was fun loving and crazy, always living on edge. He had made growing up so much fun, building toys, tinkering in his garage and working on abundance of cars and trucks, motorcycle rides on his Harley with mom/wife Lisa crusing alongside on hers, teaching his daughters Jessica and Jacqueline and grand kids Karter and Jaylah and new baby boy Kairo, how to change a tire or oil, making the biggest snow men creations, making sure to do things 110% and has continued to share that same spirit at the young age of 65 until his last breath. He had such a kid at heart soul and youthful energy regardless of the fight he was fighting.

On April 8th he had a stroke, leaving him with left side deficit and difficultly speaking and swallowing. Working through inpatient and outpatient therapy, doing the best he could every day showing slow but steady progress. Fast forward to May 8th, unfortunately returned back in the hospital due to fluid in his lungs and shortly diagnosing Dad with Stage 4 lung cancer which metastasised into his bones. He was on hospice for 5 weeks cared for by his wife Lisa and daughter Jacqueline

Sadly passed peacefully on June 12,2024 surrounded by his wife, and daughters. Dad has asked to share in his honor a go fund me page to help celebrate his life, and support mom and medical expenses. His motto is "one day at a time" and so we will continue to soak up the memories and spend each day spreading love. We are extremely thankful for everyone who has been here during this very difficult time. We truly appreciate all love and support we continue to receive and are forever thankful.

Celebration of Life details to come.

Love you Pop.
