<div>Now, they live in a thin, fragile tent that offers no protection from rain or winter cold. Each night, Manal looks up at the sky—more afraid of rain than of missiles, because a single downpour can flood their tent and wash away the last remnants of dignity.

<div>Her eldest son Kareem was injured near an aid distribution center during gunfire. He underwent surgery on his leg, but now struggles to walk. He urgently needs physical therapy and regular medical care—but the family cannot afford any of it.
