Hi, my name is Felicia Talley and on Sept 15th, 2022, I woke up paralyzed. Nothing could have prepared me for this. I lived in Greeley, CO, and I was healthy. Never had I thought I would end up in Aurora, CO, UCHealth Hospital. While I was there, I ended up having a "Cerebral infarction due to embolism of cerebral artery." I've had strokes and strokes in my spine. It killed my spine from C2 all the way to T8.

Since then, I've not had a good support system due to no family, most incarcerated. I've not had the equipment that I seriously need. Due to that, I've gotten 2 pressure sores on my bottom and countless ones on my feet and legs because of the wrong equipment not right for me. I really would appreciate help of any kind to help me achieve my goals, which are to get the right stuff, like a power wheelchair that helps you recline to release pressure, and an ease cushion that does the moving and shifting weight for you so you can be in everyday life events instead of in a hospital bed. And most importantly, a workout electric elliptical bike trainer to help me gain back mobility in my legs and blood flow and to get my muscles back that I have lost.

Please find it in your hearts to help me through my journey and help me up off the ground to get the right help I need to get in the right direction to walk again, please.
