Support for Justin Watkins

Donation protected
Justin was just eighteen years old when given a life sentence in prison without the possibility of parole. At the age of 36 he now has a fighting chance to gain his freedom back. With behavioral and psychological research revealing eighteen to twenty year olds are similar to adolescents than older adults. Justin should have not been given a life sentence. Family & Friends of Justin have come together to retain a lawyer and raise money for his legal and expert fees. We humbly ask for your support. According to author Emily Powell, “Sentencing eighteen-twenty-year-olds to life without parole should be considered cruel and unusual because it is disproportionate to this class of culpability” (Underdeveloped and Over Sentenced, 2018).

To know him is to love him. Justin is the most selfless person I know and has the biggest heart. He has dedicated his life to personal growth and self-development. His love for his family and friends is unmatched. The family & friends of Justin kindly ask to for your support to help get him home. Thank you in advance for your support and kindness.
