Grandmother MUST MOVE! !

Grandmother with her 2 grandchildren was devastated when I as the Property Manager had to tell her the building was sold and she has less than 30 days to move. She is on SS and only receives food stamps for the kids. She has already paid her April rent (early), but must vacate by April 27th. I want to help her obtain some money to apply for new place, reserve a moving truck, get her car fixed. ...I'm going to do what I can for this lady. I'm looking into a program that would help a grandmother much more than she's getting.
Please help, just a little will go along way. I've never asked for help for anyone in the 18 years I've been in property management. ...this situation is deserving , trust me! !!
