Help the Davis Family

Please help the Davis Family, as they begin their new lives. They are in desperate need of clothing, car insurance, money for permanent housing, home furnishing, and other basic necessities to help them get started in their new lives.  On July 28th, 2019 the Davis Family sold all their possessions and boarded a Greyhound  Bus in search of a new life for their 9-year-old grandson, Dearius (also known as Tank).  Surrounded by violence in one of Chicago's most notorious public housing communities, they did what was necessary to keep Dearius safe.  The family said a prayer and asked God to lead them to their new beginning.  They ended up in Cincinnati, Ohio. For the first 6 days, 2 nights were spent at a hotel, followed by 4 days and nights living in a park, on a concrete bench. The family kept strong to their faith as they tried to navigate their way around local resources. On August 5th a group of homeless advocates was able to get them housed in a temporary shelter. Dearius began school immediately and made his school football team. Steve and Michella Davis (the grandparents) were both hired and began jobs less than a week later, at a fast-food chain. Thank you so much in advance, for helping this resilient and faithful family, get back onto their feet.
