Disabled vet needs help

In Nov 2015 I had a heart attack and had a stint placement. In Feb 2017 I had an emergency triple by-pass. My sternum hasn’t healed and I am havin surgery Oct 2  to repair my sternum. I also am in stage 4 renal failure. I haven’t been able to work since the by-pass and I have a SSD claim in and a claim with the VA. My insurance decided I can work but my doctor says I can not. I have exhausted all of my resources trying to keep a float. I need help as I am in danger of becoming homeless. I am behind on my rent and the other bills are piling up. I am a 2time combat vet and have never been in a situation like this before. I just need some relief. Please help.
