Paying it forward

This past week I had a young man, who introduced himself as Castro Jose, who asked me if he could draw something on my blank plywoods, that I had put up to protect my business from possible damage. I turned to him and told him I had only "one ask", that what he draws comes straight from his heart. While watching him do exactly that, I saw the community offer him money, each time he declined it, even though he was inviting young artist to join him and use his supplies. His art along with the others that he inspired to help him paint has became a place to go and reflect, to cry, to want to change things...The only thing I was truly able to give him was a blank space to be able to draw from his heart and I'd like to try to give him a little more to help cover the supplies he used for himself and let others use and maybe have a little extra to purchase supplies for whatever his heart decides it wants to paint next time. He has NO idea that I have started this 7 day  gofundme campaign, but knowing what little I know of this young man, he will be truly taken aback by your generosity and kindness.
