My name is Esther Noela Akakpo I'm the daughter of late Raymond Kponsou AKAKPO we are doing fundraising for my dad. Thank you very much to everyone for your heartfelt condolences. Our family are in a very hard situation. Loosing one is hard enough but two is devastating!! Nothing makes sense at this stage but we thank God for giving us strength to go through this dark moment.

My dad and our mother lived here in Australia after the sudden death of our beloved father in 4/04/25. He was the best ever in our live both Africa and Australia ,he was a loving, kind and dad that anyone would ever have. This is a biggest loss in our family. We lost a senior brother few years back. It's very devastating for my whole family.

On 8/02/25 ,felt sick not eating and was very weak hardly speak so we call ambulance rush him to the hospital doctor told us his pacemaker is affected causing him abnormal breathing whole family believed that God was going to do miracles. As christians we believe that God can do the impossible and we kept our faith in God knowing he would not let this happen to our family.

After a long 1 week wait, around 23:30 04/04/25 my mum and my other 2 siblings was with him when he took his las breathe doctor came and checked his pulse rate but there were no signs of any heart beats and he was pronounced deceased.

As a family we are shocked, devastated and cannot come to term with her sudden death. Because this loss was unexpected and funeral services is very costly, our family want to give our father and niece a peaceful farewell. We are approaching family and friends to support us financially. Whatever you will contribute will go toward my father funeral expenses and the rest will be passed on to the wife and child grandchildren left behind.
