Please Help!

My cat has been missing since the 4th Dec, 2019 we have pretty much looked for him high and low, I thought someone has taken him or worse. This morning (09/12/19) he has returned home and was on our back verandah I flew out of bed so ecstatic and excited to see him, little did I know the he had a broken leg and the bone was sticking out of his skin a bit. I called the vet and they said I had to take him over to get assessed which cost me $100 + an extra $900 to have his leg amputated I agreed to have his leg amputated and not to have him put down. 

I called the vet back this afternoon to find out that his hip on the other leg has been dislocated I am not quite sure long it has been like this (must’ve been a couple days or so) and now he has to be referred to a veterinary hospital to have a pin put in his hip joint to hold it in. The Vet that I’m with now doesn’t have any of that equipment to go on with doing that. So they have called the vet in Tamworth and it’s roughly going to be $2,000-$3,000 upfront area, hence why I’m asking $2,000.
