<div>My brother, Josh, has experienced a number of complications which has led to him being transferred to the ICU with necrotising pancreatitis. He is expected to be there for a minimum of 7 days to stabilise his condition, as it is quite serious. While we are hopeful we know that he has a very long road ahead.
