Help my sister & nephews in Houston

My sister and nephews are in need of help! Hurricane Harvey left my family homeless. I was able to get my family rescued from rising water levels,with communication here in Washington, DC. But the activities happening in the ward 3 shelter, has moved my sister back into her van which was bumper deep in water from the storm. And now with the nighty 12am curfew, my sister is no longer able to work her over night shift, which means no income coming in and playing out a waiting game to see if FEMA will approve her need for assistance. She has enough money to book a week at a hotel but that's it, it will be back to her mold growing van til FEMA steps in or the city lifts the citywide curfew, to send her back to work. I am asking for help to pay for a month at a hotel so she can have one less thing to worry about, a safe clean place for her children to lay their head. Any amount helps!
