Homeless, on Dialysis

Hey there. My name is Michael, and I recently had to start dialysis due to kidney failure. I was working at Tesla in the bay area, but can no longer hold a regular job due to physical restrictions, and having to do dialysis 4 hours a day, 3 times a week.
In the past, I've enjoyed motorcycle adventuring; disappearing into the mountains and camping. I've explored most of the US on a Suzuki DR650. I would like to be able to do this again eventually, but that will require a kidney transplant.
I currently am homeless and live out of a van in the Portland area. I've been picking up light duty temp gigs through staffing agencies, but it barely keeps gas in the tank. Hopefully I can get approved for disability, but thats going to take some time. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
