This is Bella. Our 7 week old Italian Greyhound.
She was born during this crazy pandemic. She is a beauty and very loved! Today, October 3rd, she was diagnosed with Persistent Right Aortic Arch. She has to have the surgery to remove that issue so it’s not squeezing her esophagus and will also allow her to swallow food and water. She has been admitted to the animal hospital in Madison, where we are patiently waiting outside in our car, away from our baby.
They have her hooked up to tubes right now through her nose so they can feed her and get her some nourishment as she is really dehydrated.
At this point now, our family will have to come up with almost $6500 to pay for her surgery.
We are reaching out to our community to help us raise the money to save our little Bella's life. It saddens me that a life, being human or otherwise has to be about money.
