Lesotho 2025

Hi I’m Jack Lawn a transition year student in Portmarnock Community School. In April 2025 I along with other students, teachers and some parents will be joining Action Ireland Trust on their trip to Lesotho in Africa. Action Ireland trust works to provide support to the people of Lesotho ,We will continue Training Workshops with over 130 teachers attending.

We will provide flushing toilets and waste water treatment plants at each school.

The implementation of WASH program.

We plan to replicate the Early Childhood Development Centre at these schools.

We hope to provide opportunities for children with physical and intellectual disabilities and hope to provide all these resources in over 5 different schools. I am extremely thankful for this opportunity to be given a chance to help the people of Lesotho however in order to be able to help I need to raise some money to go and support Action Ireland Trust.

Any donations are greatly appreciated and I hope to be able to raise my goal so I can contribute to the great cause that action Ireland trust have set up in Lesotho.
