My name is Shirley D, and I am requesting this to help my granddaughter Abby and her four children. She has been a hard worker, mostly the only worker in her family, taking care of a home and children on her own. She is currently struggling to hold onto her two jobs because her car is in repair, and she can’t pay the repair bill.

She has been trying to Uber to work, but it costs $400 a month just to get there and get home. She also could use a little help for rent and utilities. I have helped her as much as I could, but because I’m on Social Security, I can only help so much. I just wanna see her get on her feet and keep going because she’s been doing great up to this point. It’s hard to get around without a vehicle and keep the bills paid.

She’s on warning for both jobs because of being late, struggling to have the money for gas for others or using Uber. If you could find it in your heart to help with some of this burden and get her car out on the road again, it would solve a lot of her issues. Christmas is only days away, and that is another concern. If you can help, it would be amazing to see a miracle happen this time of the year so that she can keep her jobs, get her car back from the repair shop, and keep the bills paid.
