Help Me Save My Daughter
Long story but my ex wife has decided to take the law into her own hands and decide when or IF I will ever see our 4 year old daughter again. The courts unfortunately found in her favor and gave me every other weekend with my daughter, and to pick up and drop off at her daycare. She went back to court spewing vicious lies about me with nothing to back it up, but the court listened. I lost my weekends. In return I got supervised visitation for $500/month, but that was still too much. Although there is a court order, she refused to let me see our daughter. When I contacted her attorney I was emailed the paperwork stating she is moving with our baby girl and I am to never know where they are, nor can I request to know. I have exhausted my life savings on attorneys fighting this battle for nearly 3 years. I ran out of money so my attorney withdrew. I have no retirement left. I am homeless and my vehicle is constantly breaking down. I need help to pay for an attorney to get my little girl back. I will try my absolute best not to sling mud at her mother as I believe a child should have a mommy AND a daddy.
