Nursing School

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this! I'm so excited to say I started nursing school this fall. It's what I've always dreamed of doing. People ask me, "But do you really still want to be a nurse with COVID19 now?" Of course I do, that's what nurses are supposed to do.  Of course there are risks but I promise to care for every patient like if they were family. 

Now for a little background about me. I'm 32, a single mom, and have 2 amazing kiddos. Everything I do is for them! I've recently had to quit my full-time job because the hours wouldn't work with school. I now work part time at an Urgent care facility as a receptionist and unfortunately had to take a pretty big paycut. The expenses of nursing school are adding up more than I thought, such as, school loans, printer ink, tons of index cards, scrubs, stethoscope and gas to drive an hour and back to clinicals. I thought I'd ask for some help.
