Marilyn Ruiz (Mom) Funeral Service

On the morning of March 27, 2016, our mother suffered a severe stroke. Despite the best efforts of the medical personnels, she passed away shortly after. At the time, mom was taking care of me and my younger brother so that I could focus on college and he would continue with school. We come from a low income family and her death was very sudden and we are still grieving. She lost her job last December because the daycare she worked closed down. As a daycare worker, she loved spending with the kids and the kids loved her. She was applying for a new job when she suddenly passed away.   As per her wishes, we wish to cremate her. Afterwards, we want to hold a funeral service as she had many great friends and eventually bury her remains at a place we know we can always visit.

As the older brother, we need the funds to ensure that she gets a proper burial. She was a proud mother who sacrificed so much so we could have a happy life. There was never a day where we weren't grateful to have such a wonderful mom who loved to make people smile and laugh, and above all, loved her sons very dearly. We loved our mother so much and we miss her a lot. Please help us as we are going through difficult times and for support of me taking care of my younger brother. Every little bit counts and we would greatly appreciate your help during these hard times.
