Unfair dismissal

During this pandemic it is a tragedy to loose your job. I had applied since I had been furloughed and was hired successfully by a security company who also hires for customer services.
During my job hunt I decided to get back into education to improve my chances of finding a better career and decided to take up a foundation degree course as I don't have the necessary qualifications to do a full degree.
Upon being hired successfully I enrolled onto the course planning with my given work rota how I was to fund this course as I'm not eligible for student finance.

A week after being hired and receiving my full rota until the end of the year I was told had been let go due to incident.

Reading through company policy there is a three warning procedure and this was not followed when dealing with my case.
I am now trying to take it further as the company is no longer responding and I don't know what steps to take.
I am currently still searching for work but want to continue my studies further to help with the job search.

Any help towards my university fees and living cost to help take this further would be appreciated
