Please help me

I was in business as a contractor. I lost a big job halfway through. The business bled money  like crazy. Last January 5 I tripped on the ramps at Home Depot fell and broke my left wrist. As a result of injury I’ve been in capable of working for the past year. I  Live with my elderly mother in Massachusetts morning and helping her .
I was in the process of bankrupting my business wihen a former employee took me to the labor board for unpaid wages.   How a bankrupt business is supposed to pay wages I have no idea. The labor board in the state of Connecticut issued a felony warrant for me in the amount of $16,000.
 Thanks to my injury,my funds are gone.
 I need 12,000 to meet my goal.I have already raised 5000. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated
