End of Life Costs for Cindy Zoeller

On January 23, 2020, my dear friend Nate’s life changed forever. After taking care of his mother, Cindy, through her battle with breast cancer and kidney failure for the past 4 years, he lost her to an unexpected major heart attack due to congestive heart failure. Nate is now left not only reeling from unspeakable grief, but to pick up the pieces of his mother’s life, lost far too soon.
While her immediate cremation expenses are thankfully being covered by other family, Nate is now faced with the already enormous medical and hospital bills amassed through his mother’s cancer treatment, establishing himself in a new home after moving back home to care for her, costs associated with a proper memorial and inevitably, any other bills left behind.
As an only child, Nate dropped everything to support her and now, more than ever, is deserving of support himself.
Always the first to offer help to anyone in need, he is facing what seems insurmountable during this tragic time. Saying goodbye to a parent is never easy, but Nate is in a difficult situation of starting a new job very soon and can’t afford to take the time off he deserves to mourn while also taking responsibility for his mom’s final expenses. I’m asking for those who know him, who understand this situation or are just able to help to please donate to ease his burden and help make sure that money isn’t a concern for him while he’s mourning and managing all this.
