Help My Brother Michael

Many of you may not know, but I have quite a few step siblings.  We have been a part of the same family for so long I don't consider them my step siblings but rather my siblings.  One of my brothers, Michael, was recently and very unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 4 stomach cancer.  From many professional opinions there is not much in the way of treatment that can be done.  He has a large tumor that his intestines are wrapped around which prevents surgery and also makes it impossible for him to eat.  A TPN was administered to get him nutrients to survive. The lining of his stomach is also riddled with many smaller tumors and his system is too weak for chemo at the moment. After spending a couple weeks in the hospital, he is now home with our parents in palliative care.  Fortunately, Austin Home Health is covering much of the cost for this because his insurance won't.  It does not however cover all of the other expenses, medical and otherwise, which are mounting and leaving his son, who was not prepared for this, to take care of.  Michael is one of the sweetest, most genuine and happy people I have ever known and still through all of this stays positive.  We are trying to raise as much money as we can in hopes that we can keep him comfortable long enough that another opinion will come through and we can actually get him treatment to beat this cancer.  Anything you can donate will be of the upmost help and this man deserves to live a long, fruitful life.  Thank you for taking a moment to read this and hopefully contribute.
