Penny, the sweetest, most loving dog ever, became sick this past week. Sydney, her owner, has spent countless hours at the vet trying to figure out why Penny is ill. They performed a surgery to see if there was a blockage, but no luck. The vet bills have started accumulating, and we still don’t know what is wrong with Penny.
