Emergency Surgery for Samson
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
Unfortunately our kitten (8 months old) is looking like he will need emergency surgery to clear his urethral blockage. He has been unable to urinate on his own, and after two catheters he is not improving. This condition can be deadly within 48 hours if he is unable to urinate on his own as the kidneys will release toxins into the blood if they are unable to produce urine anymore.
We’ve already spend thousands on hospital stays, but since these procedures are no longer working for him and he is relapsing in less than 24 hours each time, we need to get a surgical procedure to widen his urethra.
This procedure typically costs between $4500-5000 additional to what we’ve already paid.
He’s normally the most happy, healthy kitten with so much energy and plays with his brothers constantly. It breaks our heart to see him in so much pain.
It would mean the world to us if you would consider helping us with this. We love you all. ❤️
