Medical Expenses

I have had a chronic disease for 30 years that I have had 4 surgeries for. Due to the disease (Crohn's disease), I have 2 other chronic diseases that I am now battling. I was fortunate enough to have parents to help me during times I was in the hospital and not making income, but I lost them 8 years ago. I have lost my home, transportation, and am unable to afford any medical care that needs immediate attention as I lost health insurance too. I need to address the medical issues so that I may try to get back to full time work with health insurance coverage, as opposed to disability. I do not want to surrender to that yet, so this is a last ditch effort to get back on my feet and gain full independence. Thank you for any help with this matter.
