Nonprofit Organization Start-up

When I began transitioning out of the classroom eight years ago, I did it because I wanted to support my fellow educators with professional growth for one simple reason:  HAPPY TEACHERS = HAPPY STUDENTS.  The fact of the matter is, educators who feel supported and know that they have an opportunity to grow professionally give A LOT more to students than those who don’t. 

To grow my reach, four years ago I started a small venture called Xica Henley Educational Consulting to help make HAPPY TEACHERS and HAPPY STUDENTS. 



Today, we wish to expand our reach by transitioning into a non-profit organization that provides FREE resources and professional development to teachers.
