Bring Levi Home

On November 18, 2020 I had a FaceTime my ex- husband/best friend Daxx and my son Levi. That was the last day I got to see them. Leading up to December 1, 2020 I have been trying to get ahold on Daxx and Levi. I was texting and calling multiple times a day and still I heard nothing on November 23, 2020 I had reached out to my mother-in-law Laurie which is Daxx’s mother, asking if she has heard from Daxxon and Levi. She stated that Levi is fine and with her. From November 23, 2020- December 1, 2020  I was still reaching out to Daxxon and Levi and still no response. At this point I am so worried I haven’t been able to talk/ see my son Levi. On December 1, 2020 I had called my mother -in- law demanding to see my son and asking why my ex- husband is “ignoring me”. My mother- in-law then notified me that my ex-husband Daxxon had passed away November 22, 2020. Keep in mind I had texted her asking if Daxxon and Levi were okay and she told me yes, on November 23, 2020.. She then proceeded to tell me that she already filled for full custody for my son Levi. My ex husband and I, have 50/50 custody. They hid the fact that my ex-husband had died and that my child was now in their care. They are refusing to give me my child. I’m asking from the bottom of my heart as a mother, if anyone could help me get my son back I have to pay for an attorney. I love my son and I loved my ex-husband with all my heart and I just want my son back. Please anything will help. And even if you can’t donate please share my story and my post. Everything counts.
